«One Pig is actually the result of Herbert tracking a singular pig’s life – the pig’s noises, its death, the blood being drained from its body, and as well, the body being cut apart and then consumed. Herbert even partook in the eating of said pig and subsequently used the pig’s body to create instruments for the live show.»
