Malawian Goat Owner

February 19, 2009

Jess and I have been traveling through Tanzania and Malawi and have seen lots of goats. I haven’t posted any so far, suffice to say the woman on the right in this photo is the proud owner of a goat that was kicking and bleating from beneath from the seat.

We visited some goat farmers in Malawi though, so hopefully I’ll have some pics of real goats to post once I catch up with blogging on 5cense.com. And we might even be living with some goats soon, so keep the faith!

Stone Age Goats

August 25, 2008

I spotted some goats today and they made me happy. I didn’t have my camera because I was running. For exercise. I also saw a camel and it made me happier. He looked like he was going to spit his cud at me. I was lost somewhere north of Nairobi and found myself at some place called Paradise Lost that had an ostrich farm and some caves from the stone age. We’ll have to go back and give a full report.
